The Area Photographer Lead position is full-time single contributor role responsible for generating personal sales daily with managerial responsibility over other photographers within a designated geographic area.

The Area Photographer Lead is responsible for supporting the District Manager in managing photography staff and its performance of up to 8-10 locations in designated geography. Responsibilities include the supervision, training, and ongoing performance management of our photographers and the maintenance of our hospital partner relationships. Perhaps most importantly, the Area Photographer Lead is responsible for their own photography and sales production as well as the ongoing development as a coach and mentor of photographer teams in pursuit of not only achieving but superseding key performance metrics in both photography sales and photographic quality. Job Description: Area Photographer Lead

Responsibilities;

This position reports to the District Manager and is responsible for the overall performance of the designated Area, including photography quality, photo sessions per day, sales performance, and other KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) the company deems important.

  • Function as Full Time Area Photographer with management responsibilities who provides needed coverage for Hospital(s) within a specific geographic area.
  • Coach/Mentor photographers through in-person and/or video training, and shadowing.
  • Meet and strive to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and targets
  • Develop and maintain a team player relationship with co-workers, District Manager, and Hospital Partners
  • Reviews and approves photographer time sheets
  • Reviews, edits, and publishes Photographer schedules
  • Manages Photographers' daily/weekly communication
  • Conduct interviews, I-9 verifications, and other Recruiting/Onboarding admin tasks.
  • Develop and foster an excellent customer service relationship with Mom, Families, and Mom365 Hospital Partners (including the Hospital staff)
  • Photograph newborn babies in a Hospital setting with Mom365 photography equipment and meet company expectations
  • Photograph newborns in accordance with the Mom365 Official Approved poses
  • Maintain professionalism when adjusting work routines to accommodate any special emotional and/or physical conditions of Moms and babies
  • Comply with Hospital policies, HIPAA regulations, security, safety, sanitation, and infection control guidelines
  • Present and sell Mom365 products by using Mom365 Official Bedside Presentation
  • Perform minor maintenance of camera equipment to avoid service problems
  • Organize and maintain supplies and Marketing materials for hospital locations within Area

Qualifications

  • Face-to-face, commission-based sales or customer service experience preferred
  • 18 years of age
  • Able to work weekends and holidays (when required)
  • Able to travel overnight (when required)
  • Looking for full-time position,36-39 hours per week
  • Must be comfortable handling and working with newborn babies
  • Comfortable working in a Hospital environment
  • Comfortable with handling or the idea of handling newborn babies.
  • Reliable, professional demeanor, disciplined, and an outgoing personality
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Display good judgment
  • Work the scheduled hours and meet the staffing demands of the position
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Requires a high school diploma or GED
  • Must have reliable phone and internet access
  • Must live within the Phoenix/Tuscon Market
  • Completion of background checks and health screenings
  • Ability to maintain sales performance expectations, as provided by the District Manager, within all Hospital assignments

This position requires the successful completion of:

  • Pre-employment background check
  • Drug Screening according to Federal Regulations
  • Health Screening, including updated Vaccinations
  • Current COVID vaccine status, with Boosters as required
