Role Summary:
Join our team and become one of the authors of our story. As part of the Auberge family, the Area Reservations Sales Agent is a part of a multi-property reservations call center for Solage & Stanly Ranch. Responds to communications from guests, travel agents, and referral networks concerning reservations arriving by mail, telephone, email, fax, or through a central reservation system. Participates in inbound and outbound sales efforts on behalf of both resorts, always while adhering to sales strategies and luxury service standards. Creates and maintains reservation records-usually by date of arrival and alphabetical listing. Prepares letters of confirmation and promptly processes any cancellations and modifications. Tracks future room availability on the basis of reservations, and helps develop forecasts for room revenue and occupancy. Additional duties will include preparing the list of expected arrivals for the front office, assisting in preregistration activities when appropriate, and processing advance reservation deposits

Required Qualifications:
Previous hotel-related experience desired. Experience in Hotel softwares and their functionalities. Previous experience with Opera, HMS, and/or Navis is a plus. Applicants in the state of California, Arizona, Utah, Texas, Virginia, New Mexico, or Washington with a minimum of three years recent experience in hotel or resort reservations may be considered for remote employment. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
