Job description
- Under close supervision, assembles machines and various products according to specifications using small hand and power tools. Performs sub-assembly operations as required using drill presses, hydraulic press, etc. Must be able to read blueprints and follow printed instruction to assemble machines and purchased parts and electrical wiring and circuit.
- Perform test and inspection procedures of finished product recording necessary information.
- Any other duties assigned by production supervisor and/or set-up
Minimum Qualifications Required:
- High school or equivalent.
- Sufficient ability to maintain records and reports.
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments.

- Kollmann Assembly -Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours, walk, use hands and fingers to handle and/or feel, reach with hands and arms, frequently above shoulders, balance, talk and/or hear. The employee must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 35 lbs., regularly lift and/or move between 10-15 lbs. Must be able to bend and turn at the waist. Specific vision abilities include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Tubing Cutters- Stand, sit, walk, use hands and fingers to handle and/or feel, reach with hands and arms, frequently above shoulders, balance, talk and/or hear. The employee must be able to frequently lift and/or move up between 5-10 lbs., occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 lbs. And occasionally lift and/or move 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Must be able to bend and turn at the waist.
