Job Description

RESPONSIBILITY FOR MATERIAL

• Responsible for maintaining stocked bins of standard supplies at workstation.
• Responsible for pulling small parts to the production line.
• Responsible for correctly installing tank components.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR SAFETY

• Assure that equipment is operating safely and properly.
• Know locations and function of safety switches.
• Know location of nearest fire extinguisher.
• Follow guidelines in safety manual.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR HOUSEKEEPING

• Responsible for housekeeping at the assigned assembly workstation and immediate surroundings

.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR WORK OF OTHERS

• Responsible for own work or occasionally one other person.
• Ensure that standard procedures are followed for work instructions, safety, and quality and report any violations

to a supervisor.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR SAFETY EQUIPMENT

• Must wear eye protection.
• Must wear ear plugs.
• Must wear safety shoes.

• Continuous standing, reaching, and pushing/pulling.
• Continuous sitting, walking, bending, crouching/stooping, lifting/lowering, climbing stairs, balance, kneeling,

crawling, talking or hearing.

• Continuous mental and visual attention to installation operation. Specific vision abilities required by the job

include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

• Ability to work in hot environment.
• Ability to use vibrating tools.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Must be able to work full time on an ongoing basis.
• Must use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools or controls.
