Salary: Assistant Managers up to $50,000

Role Requirements:

· 1-2 years restaurant management experience

· Exceptional customer service and communication skills

· Strong math skills and Windows-based computer literacy

· Reliable transportation and Drivers License

Responsibilities:

· AMs-assist GM in daily operation of a single restaurant

· Ensures desired restaurant outcomes (sales goals, profitability, employee retention etc.)

· Maintains company standards on equipment, facility and grounds

· Provides coaching and feedback to team on stations, processes and policies
