Position: Assistant Brand Manager, Marketing

Education: 4 years Marketing degree or 3 plus years of experience in the Marketing field in beauty/ personal care industry
Job Summary: Assisting in Developing and executing marketing plans for specific brand franchise, assisting in leading new product innovations and launches. Lead in promotional planning and executions.
Duties of the Marketing Brand Manager:
· Assisting the Marketing department with developing, implementing and executing marketing initiatives and activities for the brands. These initiatives and activities includes campaigns (print, website, social media, broadcast, etc.) corporate shows, events, sponsorships, etc.
· Assisting into New Product Development – utilize consumer-driven insights to drive long term growth of the brands. Translate insights into profitable product innovations. Work with research & development on new product technologies. Develop selling propositions and support plans for an effective launch.
· Assisting into Brand Plan Development that achieves company target that includes all elements with key metrics and be able to work with vendors and internal resources. Present new marketing initiatives to sales team and accounts through internal sales meetings and with accounts.
· Assisting Business Forecasting – work with sales to generate accurate volume forecasts. Deliver results for the brand; P&L focusing on net sales and brand contribution to drive market growth in all segments.
· Work with the supervisor and the Marketing team and Responsible for ensuring the products, services and product lines fall under their franchise resonate with current and potential customers.
· Monitor market trends and keep a close eye on competitive products in the marketplace. Conduct Market and Consumer research to understand consumer insights and translate into effective programs/plans to increase market share.
· Assisting in Developing product, advertising, packaging and promotional copy
· Assisting the team in Developing in-store promotional materials
· Assisting in Overseeing product inventory (FGs and Parts) and distribution of marketing materials.
· Assisting in obtaining on-going feedback from sales, accounts about marketing materials, product performance and opportunities. Investigate any issues or opportunities and provide feedback, needs or suggestions to the marketing and sales division.
· Assisting the team in developing action plans to address issues/opportunities, and follow up with respective divisions to ensure completion of tasks and/or recommendations.
· Actively participate in growing market sales and brand awareness
· Assisting in identifying underperforming accounts and establish plan of action with sales.
· Work with Management of the Marketing team as requested
· Attend Trade show as requested
· Other duties may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor

§ Provide detailed product knowledge classes on all products with consistency professionalism and appropriate verbiage to sales team, accounts; including sales tips, features and benefits focusing on the consumer
§ Attend trade shows/events; participate in all activities required to communicate brand message and to all attendees.
