You Have:

• Ability to motivate others
• Ability to hold down ship while captains are away
• Professionalism in appearance, performance, and communication
• 1 or more years of Apartment Assistant Manager experience
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, in English for business necessities

Salary Range: DOE

Background and pre-employment drug screening are required. EOE
