The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced childcare professional who is a leader, adaptable to change, and can think outside the box. We are looking for a driven assistant director with the confidence and expertise to lead a growing and ever-evolving childcare team. This position will allow you to make a positive change for students, families, and the surrounding community.
As an assistant, you will be responsible for school operations, new-hire training and management, as well as enrollment. You will work alongside our Marketing, Hiring, Family Resource, and Billing teams to run your school successfully.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2 years' experience as an assistant director in a licensed childcare center
- Minimum education requirement of a CDA, associates degree within ECE, or equivalent
- A working knowledge of Step Up to Quality standards
- The ability to implement and teach licensing compliance
Within the Next Few Months, You Will:
- Learn to do exciting and friendly Figure-8 tours
- Creatively problem solve to increase enrollment and staff retention
- Become a company software wiz
- Develop relationships and rapport with other Early Childcare professionals
- Have consistent communication with future and currently enrolled families
- Establish expertise in Nest Policies and Procedures

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
