Position Details:
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
On- call rotation

Basic Function: The ADON assists the Director of Nursing in assessing resident care needs and implement appropriate action as needed while enforcing nursing policies and procedures. Supervise staff of the nursing department and oversee the quality of nursing care provided to the residents in conjunction with the DON. Responsible for facility continuing education. Direct facility wound care program. Monitor and implement facility infection control program and function as the primary Employee Health Nurse. Will also be the Corporate Compliance Officer.
