Assistant Director of Nursing - RN - Full Time - $4000 Sign On Bonus
Pay: $75000 - $80000 / yearly Depending On Experience
NHC HealthCare Lawrenceburg, a 96 bed skilled nursing facility in southern middle Tennessee, is in need of a RN to serve as the Assistant Director of Nursing available. This skilled nursing facility is located in south central TN approximately 85 miles southwest of Nashville. With the David Crockett State Park within the city limits and a vibrant town square, Lawrenceburg offers a small community feel just a little over an hour drive from the nation's fastest growing city!
The qualified RN for this position must be a graduate from a nursing program accredited by the state of TN and maintain a current unencumbered license to practice in Tennessee.
Responsibilities include working with the Director of Nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to assure accurate patient assessment and development of individualized plans of care, maintaining open and ongoing communication with patients and families, assuring that appropriate nursing care is being provided, assisting with meds and treatments as needed and other patient care duties as assigned.
