Perform Standards
Assist the DON in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating and directing the day to day nursing functions.
Participates in developing, maintaining, and updating Policies and Procedures pertaining to the nursing department.
Ensures PDRs, federal and state regulations and SHR policies are current and maintained at the nurses station.
