We’re looking for an Assistant Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our passionate and creative team in McMinnville Oregon. The Assistant Facilities Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all equipment and machinery, including forklifts and vehicles. They will also be responsible for managing the upkeep of the buildings on our campus, including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a manufacturing setting and possess fundamental understanding of welding, milling, or fabrication. Experience with forklifts, vehicle repair, and preventative maintenance is required.

Required Experience:

· 2+ Years facilities maintenance experience.

· Prior experience in a manufacturing setting.

· Proficient in welding and fabrication.

· Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

· Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems.

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Good communication skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.

Preferred Experience:

· Prior experience in a mill or wood manufacturing setting.

Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
