Hybrid:This position does not require an employee to be on-site full-time to perform most effectively. The employee's role enables them to work at a GM facility or off-site as frequently as needed or desired.
  • This position requires an employee to be onsite1-3 times per week.

An exciting opportunity to join the Fleet Forecasting Team and assist with the execution and management of the Allocation Process. This position will regularly interact with the Field Team to guide allocation from development to completion. Core responsibilities include providing ordering availability to customers, distribute allocation volume to the Field Team, validate and approve orders, and work production constraints.

Overall, the goal for this position is to support the Allocation Process by providing efficient and effective support to the Fleet Team. This position must work with our Regional Directors and Zone Managers to ensure all initiatives are executed properly and within budget.
  • Liaisons with multiple Fleet Groups, connecting the Field Team to the General Office
  • Key member in the management of allocation volume
  • Work with cross functional teams to get sold orders through the system
  • Assist the Field Team with volume transfers
  • Develop and distribute regular notifications/updates to the Field Team
  • Support analysis for Senior Leadership to drive the business
  • Support the Fleet Forecasting Team with various assignments and backup coverage

  • Build and manage relationships both internally and externally i.e.; Marketing, Sales, Legal, Agencies, GM partners, etc.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

COMPENSATION: The median level of salary compensation for this role is $91,326.

BONUS POTENTIAL: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
