Job Overview : New renovated resort in the heart of San Diego, is seeking a leader to support our Front Office Operations!
Essential Functions :
- Help conduct pre-shift meetings with staff to effectively interact, coordinate and communicate, to ensure a smooth arrival through departure experience
- Champion, promote and successfully track departmental and organizational initiatives such as upsell programs
- Approach internal and external guest opportunities with a sense of heartfelt care and urgency; provide prompt follow-up to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
- Assist management with recruitment, hiring, training and successfully coaching/ training of new and existing team members
Qualifications :
- Must have a min of three years supervisory experience in a high volume setting
- Previous experience in Hotel/Resort Front Office Operations preferred
- Must have flexibility of schedules to include evenings, weekends and holidays
- Familiar with Opera highly desired
