We are looking for someone to join our Team in the role of Assistant General Manager for a luxury high rise located in Manhattan’s financial district. What you will do:
  • Meet with residents to help resolve questions and concerns regarding escalated issues.
  • Promote resident satisfaction by responding to complaints, questions and requests in a timely manner and taking appropriate action to resolve the address service issues.
  • Communicate and follow up, as this will be critical to our success.
  • Managing office team and providing support with Yardi and other operational software
  • Identifies areas for improvement and offers suggestions to improve the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the community.
  • Managing contractors and resident requests to make the community a better place to live
  • Process different Yardi tasks such as: move-in and move outs.
  • Build systems and processes because this is a new role that will evolve as we grow.

What you should have:
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Superior time management and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of Yardi accounting software.
  • Amazing customer service skills and the ability to connect with others and build rapport and trust with our customers.
  • A strong analytical ability to collect and use information to solve complex problems.
  • Discipline and the relentless desire to do what needs to be done.
  • A desire to grow and take on increasing responsibility.
What we offer:
We know that if we take care of our team, everything else will fall into place. We aren’t perfect, but we will try to set very clear expectations, always let you know where you stand, and do everything in our power to help you get where you want to go.
Base Salary: $85,000 - $135,000
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience & location.
A full slate of benefits that even includes things like paid parental leave.
