Summary of position: The position is responsible for running hotel operations and ensures the facilities are maintained in accordance to brand, ownership and state/local policies. This person will assist Hotel Management in the total hotel operations to support all competencies relevant to facility and team management. This position will act as the assistant to the General Manager in managing the hotel's operations, maintaining established revenue, cost, quality, safety, and security. Directly responsible for all Rooms Division to include Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Security. Responsible for overseeing and training all positions with the rooms division departments.

Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years' experience and 2 years of supervisory experience preferred. Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
