Job description

You are a natural connector that through positivity and high energy motivates, inspires and develops people to work harder to achieve their sport specific goals. You are organized in managing a day to day schedule. You oversee scheduling for multiple coaches, social media, create and implement strategies for growth. You lead not only clients, but the PTS team. You are responsible for accomplishing sales objectives to include revenue growth, identifying and prioritizing opportunities, securing resources, executing sales strategies to meet company objectives. You build connections in the community, broadening PTS’s reach in the Lehigh Valley and beyond.

Requirements:

-Previous experience as a manager and proven success

-Establish, maintain and grow relationships in the sport and fitness communities

-Background in sports training in soccer and fitness

Preferred:

-Collegiate athlete or higher a plus

-High school diploma or GED

Fine Print:

-must be available to work nights and weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $1,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
