Job description

• We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our growing team! This position offers a wide variety of different responsibilities in order to support our office and Property Management Team. Our business hours are Monday- Friday 10am-6pm and Saturday 10-4pm

Significant Responsibilities:

• Welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone

• Assist and process applications for approvals, submit processed applications to the Property Manager for approval and follow up with applicant regarding status of prospect applications.
• Represent the company in a professional manner at all the times.
• Handling large volume of voice & email communications
• Continuous management of electronic and paper filing systems
• Drafting correspondence, notices and closing documentation within stated deadlines
• Maintain timely and accurate preparation of necessary reports
• Provide support to managers
• Perform other office support as needed

• Previous experience in office administration and property management setting
• Ability to prioritize and multitask various deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Great attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $45,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year

• Phoenix, AZ 85023: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
