Who you are:

• You enjoy spending time with children
• Passionate about partnering with families as we help lead their children to become fully devoted followers of Christ
• Someone with a high level of patience who also has good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while also caring for the basic needs of children

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with other teachers using a wide range of methods to support the Lead Educator in implementing curriculum and classroom lesson plans
• Engages with families daily through respectful, positive, and inviting interactions
• Attend staff training sessions, parent-teacher conferences, and quarterly team meetings
• Keep current on annual training requirements

• You’re a nap-time ninja who can support and assist a child to rest
• You don’t flinch when you’re faced with potty mishaps runny noses or other kinds of messes

What you bring:

• AA in Early Childhood Education or related field/ or Child Development Associate (CDA)
• One year experience as an Assistant Teacher with the associated age group you are applying for
