Pucci is looking for an Assistant Store Manager at their Palm Beach Boutique!

The Assistant Store Manager shares responsibility with the Store Manager business development in line with the brand’s strategy; assists in overall management of the store, staff, merchandise and customer service. The Assistant Store Manager will also assist in achieving sales objectives, building highly motivated teams and helping develop associates to the next level.

Human Resources

• Assist in staffing and recruiting function for staff Sales Associates and Stock in close cooperation with the Human Resources Department
• Supervise store personnel and maintain company policies
• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills in dealing with staff, peers, supervisors and the NY and Milan corporate office
• Develop and continuously motivate sales team
• Coaching on the spot of sales associates to give clear constructive feedback based on facts and observations.

Customer Service

• Uphold the highest level of customer service and lead by example on the selling floor
• Supporting store/associates with client consignments
• Supports team with CRM initiatives; client capture, client list work, client book management
• Assist sales associates with various customer service issues which includes, but is not limited to the following:
• Repairs
• Returns
• Discount requests
• Dissatisfied customers

Operations

• Shared responsibility for P&L for the store
• Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink rates within company standards by regularly following up w/operations and implementing initiatives
• Complete weekly and monthly reports as requested

Merchandise

• Maintain merchandising standards as set forth by corporate visual department
• Give feedback to assist in developing store merchandise mix according to brand’s objectives

General

Support the preparation for all in store events

• Communicate on the weekly store conference call, as needed
• Support corporate training initiatives in store
• Assist with weekly and monthly team touch-bases
• Communicate daily store goals and business updates to all associates
• Contribute to daily/weekly store morning meetings
