- * Expertly manages sales, shrink, gross profit, and supplies by maintaining excellent store standards.
- * Ability to delegate tasks appropriately and follow up to ensure completion.
- * Demonstrates Thorntons core values by assisting and coaching team members and supporting other leadership members.
- * Ensure that safety equipment is available and in useable condition.
