First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, organized Assistant Vice President and Guam and Saipan MPC Manager to join our EOS- Money Processing Center- Maite. In this role, you will independently manage Guam and Saipan’s Money Processing Center (MPC) activities, which includes supervising staff members, managing production workflows, recommend and implement initiatives to improve department efficiencies and reduce employee fraud, monetary loses and operational errors. Enforce and adheres to security, audit and compliance requirements and protocols to secure and protect Guam MPC’s vault. Actively manage the cash inventory and oversee branch and customer change fund activities. Work with the branches and Corporate Banking to cross-sale MPC services and grow the customer portfolio for MPC services.

Work Schedule
Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (hours may vary)

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Business preferred or equivalent 3 or more years of work experience required
• Minimum 1 year bank operations and/or supervisory experience required.
• General knowledge of general ledger accounts, proof processing, and operation reports, preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate at a professional level both verbally and in writing.

• Able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
• Good organizational skills to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
