Job Duties: Associate with Goldman Sachs Bank USA in Wilmington, Delaware. Project manage customer remediation and control initiatives within Marcus Consumer Credit Card division through rigorous adherence to robust project management methodology. Deepen engagement model with all internal partners to provides transparency to capacity, priorities, work in progress issues and results. Implement process improvements across operational credit card domain to reduce length of time to remediate and improve quality control processes. Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders across functional groups to review and interpret production issues and develop accurate customer remediation business requirements. Evaluate business processes, develop, and implement robust solutions and identify areas of improvement. Facilitate and participate in multi-functional group reviews of production issues impacting Apple and General Motors cardholders successfully drive remediation initiatives to completion. Ensure documentation is complete, accurate and stored for validation and auditing. Work closely across internal business groups, technology teams and external vendors. Prioritize open issue backlog based on regulatory, financial and customer impact; escalate incidents as necessary. Partner with other internal and external teams to develop and maintain relationships by engaging stakeholders to solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives as required. Assist to coordinate efforts to investigate exceptions and errors regarding business processes to identify root cause and solutions.

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology, Information Systems, a related Engineering degree such as Civil Engineering, or related field. Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior work experience must include five (5) years with the following: Direct Project Management experience within a Consumer Credit Card organization; exposure to marketing, operations and technology projects; authoring technical requirements, user stories and epics using control-driven design principles, with special attention to cross-functional dependencies; credit card processor platforms and bank architecture, directing resources through design and development with consideration to simplification; quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills to dive deep into data and effectively size production incident impacts; proficiency with Microsoft products, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio, and MS Power Point to facilitate business requirements development, data analysis, and implementation of customer remediation activities; evaluating existing bank processes for continuous improvement and compiling recommendations for management; and major product management applications including Jira and Confluence.
