Position Overview
The Associate Account Supervisor/Account Supervisor is responsible for executional oversight to an assigned book of project work, ensuring that agency work remains consistent with client objectives and stays within established quality, budget, and timing parameters. The Associate Account Supervisor/Account Supervisor is responsible for maintaining client satisfaction with a focus on identifying opportunities for executional efficiencies and improved team alignment. The Associate Account Supervisor/Account Supervisor serves as a main agency point of contact for day-to-day executional work, as well as building and maintaining strong client relationships and client satisfaction. Additionally, the Associate Account Supervisor/Account Supervisor oversees workflow management of Account Executives on team and maintains communication with supervisors on employee performance and work product for accuracy, timelines, and quality.
Specific Titles & Responsibilities:
The Associate Account Supervisor must be able to fulfill the responsibilities and demonstrate the competencies outlined under the direct supervision of their manager or designated senior team member.
The Account Supervisor must have a proven record of independently executing the responsibilities, but must also demonstrate the ability to successfully onboard, train, and coach others in the Account Executive role
Local (tri-state) client engagement travel as needed/required
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 3 years of progressive experience
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Master's degree in business or science is preferred
- Experience across multiple products, therapeutic categories, and client companies
Salary range: $85,000 - $125,000
The salary range provided represents what a potential hire may expect to earn in this role at BGB.
