The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 115,488.00 USD - 151,620.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. The Role:
The Associate Brand Manager for Mrs. Meyer’s will be responsible for the successful execution of the brand’s communication across all stages of the funnel. They will partner with the Global Senior Brand Manager to design & execute 360 campaigns that further our marketing strategy & deliver positive business performance. The associate brand manager should have strong partnership & cross-functional collaboration skills, acute attention to detail, and a proven track record of executing omnichannel marketing campaigns.
Areas Of Responsibility:

Work closely with the Innovation & Commercial Brand development teams to build marketing plans for new product & scent extension launches that deliver on product positioning and omnichannel content needs

Assist in the management of external agency partners to ensure portfolio priorities are supported with our always-on marketing channels & ensure on-time delivery of campaign assets

Partner with cross-functional internal teams including Consumer Insights, Media Strategy, PR, Social, EComm & Shopper to plan key portfolio drive period

Track agency budget & scope of work

Maintain a consistent pulse on our consumer and competitive trends & share findings across internal cross-functional leads

Regularly evaluate campaign performance & be able to identify opportunities for optimization

Bring our brand to life in culturally relevant, disruptive, & equity-building ways
Qualifications:
Required:
-
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related subject required
-
5+ years of marketing experience in developing consumer products or 3 + years with a Master's degree

Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred:

Global experience/exposure

Evidence of successful partnerships with agencies and leading a diverse group of individuals to inspire breakthrough creativity

Proven experience in developing strong trust and partnership with cross-functional teams

Passion for creativity, innovation, and higher strategic vision

Comfortable working in ambiguity, and able to turn that to advantage
