GENERAL SUMMARY

The Associate, Capital Markets performs data analysis, assists in audits and supports investor-reporting requirements. Maintain systems and databases to ensure effective and efficient deal execution and reporting. Support all aspects of management reporting including presentation preparation and market analysis.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conduct asset transfers, compile data, complete SEC data filings, and prepare monthly servicer reports for structured finance funding facilities (ABS/conduits).

2. Support asset database/query management and perform loan-level data analysis.

3. Maintain market surveillance efforts, performance reporting, and transaction marketing material

4. Provide audit, due diligence, and internal compliance support for ABS and conduit transactions.

5. Support all Treasury related special projects and all other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Capital Markets/Treasury experience required.
• Auto finance or banking industry experience is strongly preferred but not necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree required. Major in business, accounting, finance, or economics preferred.

Physical Requirements and Working Condition:

Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.
