What you’ll be doing:
Participate in a best-in-class training program while gaining valuable on-the-job skills. As an Associate Consulting Engineer (ACE), you will be actively involved in technical solving opportunities and assigned to meaningful projects that align to your skill set. Learn from top technology professionals as well as pursue certifications that are incorporated into the program.

ACEs joining the Intelligent CX Practice will partner with our lead engineers to:

• Strategize and deliver our customers the next generation of omni-channel customer experiences
• Work with emerging and innovative technologies
• Build virtual agents, applications, and integrations that automate and enhance customer interactions across various channels such as chat, voice, and SMS
• Design technical solutions that operate comfortably beyond standard approaches to satisfy the needs of all stakeholders
• Enable real world CX solutions that no other partner in the industry can
• Collaborate with peers and leaders to develop processes, tools, and documentation that align to industry best practices in delivering CX applications

Minimum Qualifications

• Authorized to work for CDW in the United States; immigration sponsorship (H-1B, TN, etc.) is not currently available for this position.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license
• One of the following
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Associate degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Certificate or diploma in a trade program (bootcamp) in Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services, or Amazon Connect
• Relevant experience & capabilities in Google CCAI, Dialogflow, Azure Cognitive Services, or AWS Lex
• Ability to travel up to 25% (can vary by location)
• Ability to work select weekends and/or after hours when business needs arise

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Google Cloud, Azure, or AWS
• Basic understanding of cloud native software development patterns; pub/sub, microservices, serverless and containers.
• Experience with Git
• Familiarity with Conversational AI & Chatbots using NLP/NLU
• Experience with DialogFlow or Azure Bot Framework
• Familiarity with CPaaS platforms such as Twilio, SignalWire, Five9, or Webex Contact Center
• Experience with REST API’s
• Understanding and experience with SaaS natural language and AI solutions such as Google CCAI / Dialogflow, Azure Cognitive Services, and AWS Lex
• Familiarity with relevant collaboration protocols such as SIP/RTP, WebRTC, MRCP etc.
