As an Associate Data Analyst you will provide Home & Community with the right (adhoc) solutions and personalized support necessary to run the business. Ensuring non-clinical data integrity and delivering uncompromised support to the Business, our APCs/Users and our technical partners

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain error dashboards, metrics reporting
• Create / maintain regular data integrity queries which identify reference data issues
• Analyze output to make recommendations on corrections
• Define and manage correction projects
• Analyze member eligibility / contracts
• Investigates non-standard requests and problems, with some assistance from others
• Define project norms / processes for team
• Communicating Status / Progress / escalation
• Managing the day-to-day operational aspects of identifying reference data issues
• Partner with other aspects of the business to work toward a common goal

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/ GED (or higher) OR 1+ year of experience with relational databases
• 6+ months of experience in relational database structure
• Beginner SQL proficiency
• Advanced Excel proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Business
• HealthCare Experience

Soft Skills:

• Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely
• Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities

The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada / New York City residents is $23.94 to $42.40.
