The Opportunity

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring an Associate Housing and Property Manager to join our team at our properties in Yellowstone, Montana and Wyoming. In this role, you will provide operational support to leaders and associates by successfully overseeing employee housing, property maintenance, housing programs, and transportation.

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Salary: $55400 - $73400 / year

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the check-in and check-out process to include documentation, scheduling the move in/move out dates, and coordinating required maintenance and repair for new arrivals.
  • Reports any necessary corrective action needed for any housing guidelines violations or housing issues to human resources.
  • Assists in general relations between associates and Delaware North to ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations and all housing directives.
  • Direct supervision of Housing Attendants, Maintenance, and Drivers.
  • Schedules, attends, and follows up on all cleaning, landscaping, general maintenance, and deficiencies related to housing.
  • Work closely with the maintenance department and outside contractors for any repairs and issuing of work orders; ensures pest management for all housing units.
  • Creates, coordinates, and assigns internal transportation schedule as well as transportation to off-property locations i.e. medical clinic, social security office, and general maintenance errands.
  • Coordinates, sources, and administers capital projects for company housing.
  • Oversees the employee recreation program; works with the leadership to plan and schedule employee activities, field trips, and events; provides and communicates a diverse activity schedule to allow for a variety of choices to promote a healthy, balanced work/life environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three (3) years' of property management or employee housing experience.
  • Minimum one (1) year of solid leadership experience.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through required.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, ability to speak with all levels of an organization.
  • Proficient in all MS Office products, including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Requires frequent driving of company vehicles.
  • Valid driver's license is required.

Physical Requirements

  • Working in a variety of temperatures and weather
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, and climb stairs frequently.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
  • Requires lifting and carrying minimum of 50lbs.
