About the Role:
This position will help fuel and accelerate the growth of UPshow by generating brand awareness and leads, which in the end convert into net new revenue.
You will be responsible for executing email marketing campaigns, organizing events, and supporting various digital marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to engage, re-engage, inform, and activate leads. Our ideal candidate will be a well-rounded marketeer that can roll up their sleeves, partner with stakeholders and enable our teams to win.
What You’ll Do:
- Work closely with our Co-founder and Director of Marketing to accelerate marketing-sourced revenue and pipeline
- Help develop and support marketing campaigns that build awareness, drive predictable pipeline growth, and enable sales to win
- Email marketing
- Create and deploy email marketing campaigns
- Work with marketing and design team to create landing pages for various campaigns
- Work closely with Sales Operations to maintain and cleanse email contact database within marketing CRM and Salesforce
- Understand the lead flow processes and data flow between Hubspot and Salesforce
- Analyze email and marketing data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization
- Oversee social media accounts and assist in development of social media strategy
- Provide support for new digital marketing projects/initiatives as necessary
- Events
- Own planning and execution of events/tradeshows
- Build, manage and coordinate cross-departmentally the Corporate Marketing calendar to ensure that all events are documented and communicated to internal teams
- Responsible for managing budget tracking, payments, and vendor contracts
- Research and advocate events success and optimization best practices to continually improve impact and ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales and business development teams on event promotion, follow-up, measurement and ROI
- Work closely with Sales and Business Development team to develop and execute Account Based Marketing campaigns for high value prospective clients
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience managing a B2B email marketing program that leverages Hubspot or similar platforms
- 2+ years of experience working within a marketing CRM and automation environment
- 2+ years of experience segmenting, curating, and cleaning email contact databases
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple digital initiatives simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking and motivation to constantly find new ways to improve
- Strong attention to details, self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Knowledge on latest digital marketing trends, best practices and innovations
- Analytical thinker able to generate reports on the performance of online marketing activities and make recommendations based on those results
- This is a hybrid position. We are in the office 3 days per month as an entire company.

Its network spans more than 25,000 screens in venues around the world and is doubling in size every year.
As examples, Buffalo Wild Wings uses UPshow to operate their own BWW-branded “OT Channel”. Burger King uses UPshow to operate the BK-branded “KingBoard”. UPshow technology allows brands to create integrated TV-to-mobile activation experiences that drive new behaviors and commerce inside of their venues. The platform’s analytics display and measure the usage and ROI of all the content and interactive offers on these retailer-owned networks.
Through UPshow, retailers are learning that controlling their own networks in this way can be more valuable than using traditional linear TV or regular digital signage, by driving increased business results.
