We are looking for a driven and intelligent individual to join our growing Product Management team as our Associate Product Manager, Product Integrations. Opportunity awaits the right person eager to help fuel HHAeXchange’s growth by helping with a combination of focus on big picture strategy and seamless tactical execution of roadmaps and release plans through Agile Product Management & Development best practices.
The Associate Product Manager, Product Integration will collaborate with both Customers, Partners, Sales, Product Management leadership, Product Development and Delivery teams to inform and shape our Product Integration offerings and support all product planning and development. The Associate Product Manager is responsible for assessing the needs of the market and other stakeholders, analyzing and expressing product requirements, and prioritizing release plans for multiple development teams. The Associate Product Manager is responsible for managing the product backlog for their respective product and/or feature set, ensuring user stories and acceptance criteria are fully developed and that business value is being delivered to the product stakeholders. This role will champion our integration strategy and work with partners and counterparts across the company, establishing the product roadmap for the integrations platform via APIs and Webservices and/or other technologies needed to move data successfully.

Essential Job Duties
· Take full responsibility for the product integration roadmap and ensure that planned items are delivered and adopted, and the expected benefits are realized.
· Collaborate closely with the Product Integration Development team to plan and deliver on all integration priorities, and continuously improve our approach to integrations over time.
· Work closely with our Partnership team and our Partners directly to plan and deliver successful integrations to our platform.
· Work closely with our Operations team to transition new integrations so Product Integration Development Team can focus on product roadmap.
· Ensure that the developer community using our product APIs are supported and provided the tools needed to integration into our platform, ensuring high engagement from developers.
· Stay up to date with healthcare interoperability standards and initiative.
· Keep abreast of key federal and state regulatory mandates, contractual requirements and other mandates that need to be factored into any product that goes to market.
· Communicate with customers, 3rd party vendors and partners consuming and integrating with HHAeXchange products and services.
· Author and maintain production documentation related to features, implementation, and configuration.
· Prepare and communicate product roadmaps tailored to various audiences as well as status updates on release plans under development.
· Provide subject matter expertise to support Delivery and Support teams with production implementation/configuration/support and to facilitate warm handoffs of new releases.

**Travel Requirements

  • Travel up to 10%, including overnight travel

Required Education, Experience, Certifications and Skills
· 2-3 years working experience with healthcare systems focused on moving data between systems using APIs or web services.
· Solid understanding how APIs work and the concepts underpinning successful integrations. Experience with EDI is a plus but not required.
· 2-4 years of experience in product management, technical product ownership, and/or development, preferably in health IT vendor space with experience in both strategic and tactical capacities.
· In-depth understanding of Agile Product Management and Development principles. Classroom Agile/Scrum training or certification a plus.
· Working experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile software development tools.

· Ability to be a vocal leader on the Product Management and R&D teams and be accountable for the offering.
· Familiarity with role-based security, user identity management and single sign-on (SSO) integration for external customers.
