ASSOCIATE PROGRAM MANAGER- WAKEFIELD Group Home - 2nd shift IMMEDIATE OPEN POSITION

AND

ASSOCIATE PROGRAM MANAGER -PROVIDENCE Group Home - 2nd shift IMMEDIATE OPEN POSITION

The Associate Program Manager reports to the Program Manager and is responsible for the operation and functioning of all aspects of the residence/home to which assigned. Includes administrative, supervisory and fiscal functions.

*Wakefield Shifts are 11 am to 7 pm plus some 2nd shifts and weekend hours are required. On call. MUST pass BCI and MVH

*Providence Shifts are mixed including 2nd shifts and weekend hours are required. On call. Must pass BCI and MVH

Qualifications: Associate's Degree or equivalent from a two year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Management experience a plus!

* Directly supports individuals with developmental disabilities in identifying and achieving life goals.

* Spurwink/ri is a non-profit agency providing services to adults with developmental and behavioral challenges. Service includes 24-hour residential care, supported living, supported employment, family support and counseling services.

· CPR/ Crisis Management (training provided)

Additional Requirements

· VALID Driver's License, Auto insurance and Registration

· High School Diploma/ GED

· BCI, Fingerprinting, MVH and E-Verify
