Department Summary
The Registrar’s Office provides support services to students, faculty, staff and other constituents in the areas of academic advising support programs, course scheduling, enrollment, degree verification, transfer articulation, test credit, athletic certification and maintenance of student academic records, as well as handles state and federal reporting. Position Overview
Responsible for directly supervising the day-to-day operations of Registrar Office processing unit, setting priorities, developing procedures, ensuring productivity and compliance. Supervises staff to ensure compliance with University, State, and federal policies. Hires, trains, assigns work, and coaches and develops staff. Develops and implements strategies for continuous process improvements and for efficiencies. Leads, reviews and coordinated quality control. Work with various systems related to regular data feeds and enhancements. Sustains relationships and works with stakeholders across the University.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in related field and six years of closely related professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional work experience in an educational setting overseeing a processing area with direct supervision of staff.
  • Experience with student data reporting .

Job Duties

o
Direct the daily operations related to evaluating enrollment and credentials for certifications, including enrollment for federal student financial aid eligibility, state formula funding and certifications of requirements for academic Credentials. Oversee the staff in enrollment certification, degree conferral and transcript processing. Maintain various systems for tracking and reporting externally and assist the Associate Registrar with all mandated state and federal reporting each semester.
