If you are looking for an amazing sales opportunity, working in a place that you can stay making great money per week, this is for you. Zero cold calling. All leads inbound.

You will be working in a bright and positive space. Located in Miami. Our office is on Sunset drive, close to the turnpike. (This is an office job, so we are not looking for remote workers.)

ALL customers are LIVE and TOTALLY inbound TO US DIRECTLY. No lead provider leads or shared/purchased leads. Many customers are already at the bottom of the sales funnel thanks to our marketing, website, and reputation. If you have worked this job before you know a huge difference that makes.

Need good people working ASAP to keep up with volume.

Looking for well spoken and motivated sales person to work full-time. Willing to train but experience is a plus. Must be efficient on the internet and with a computer. Knowing, Central Dispatch, Microsoft Outlok, etc is great too.

Spanish is a plus, by clear and clean English is a must. We want HONEST, efficient individuals, that care about their reputation so in turn it KEEPS ours.

WILL TRAIN BUT MUST BE MOTIVATED.

- If you are bringing bad habits from other transport companies such as intentionally hiding costs, ignore / lie to customers, do price switching, etc.

- If you have a negative attitude and like to bring others down.

- Are willing to step on fellow salespeople and customers to get the sale.

Responsibilities:

Take inbound sales and customer service calls for those sales. Provide information to customers regarding pricing information and order status. You will also assign these orders to the carriers. You will do customer service for orders.

Hours:

2 shifts available minimum 8 hours a day but work all you want we are open 8:30 am to 7pm. We are currently looking for 11-7 pm, but you can come in and work since we open to make more money if you like.

Starting 20% based on performance paid weekly on dispatched orders.
