We are rewarding talented and dedicated automotive technicians with wonderful incentives:

• Hourly or flat-rate pay

$38-45 per hour for Master technicians

Ranges are generally $90k-135k for technicians producing in the 200-250 hr per month range ** we can show proof of production, including several techs who average well over 200hrs/mo**

$22-25 hourly starting for apprentice level technicians. Pay depending on ability & experience

• Starting bonus up to $10,000 (depending on ability and experience)

We pride ourselves on having a fun and energetic atmosphere with very little drama. We are not your average grungy shop, we operate a clean, well operated facility in an awesome neighborhood. We use tablets for digital inspections and we utilize a paperless, digital shop management system.

Work with world-class technicians who are at the top of their game and who genuinely care about their team mates, and the highest quality tools and equipment.

All Master-level technicians are sent to a minimum of 32 hours of the highest level, advanced technical training every year including VISION, WorldPac Expo, etc. We also are of a sufficient size where we have begun flying in our own trainers 2x per year. You will NOT be shorted on advanced training.

Candidates with 5 or more years of prior mechanic experience will be given preference, but all candidates with ASE automotive certifications will be viewed favorably.
