Inova Staffing is looking to hire a Drafter for our client in Cleveland, Ohio. This company offers competitive pay, fantastic benefits, as well as opportunity for career growth.

This is a first shift DIRECT HIRE position.

JOB DUTIES:
Ability to make complicated and incomplete drawings make sense for fabrication team
Skill and competency at blueprint reading
Strong math skills and computer literacy
Understand and become an expert in shop fabrication processes
Daily communication ability to collaborate with production team members, sales team members, and customers
Ability to multitask and self direction

QUALIFICATIONS:
Inventor (or SolidWorks) and AutoCAD proficient
Associates in Engineering preferred and/or relevant experience 2 to 5 years of direct related experience
BSME in lieu of 2 years' experience
