Job description

Our ideal candidate will have at least one to two years of experience using AutoCAD.

This position would be responsible for learning the company’s drawing conventions, materials used and their related part identification numbers, as well as maintaining drawing templates for all assigned product packages.

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Review provided architectural plans and product specifications to ensure that we are meeting customer expectations · Communicate ideas back to customer through detailed drawings
• Maintain standard architectural element part drawings · Provide accurate shop drawings and proper installation instructions · Maintain job specific drawings in the company’s database
• Know and understand the company’s drawing conventions · Keep drawings consistent within drafting department · Maintain drawing templates for assigned projects
• Provide a complete bill of materials for assigned projects · Ensure all material specifications are listed · Provide part numbers for all relative product parts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
