The Software/Automation Engineer will play a critical role in rolling out new and supporting existing enterprise-wide software development and automation initiatives. On the automation front, the Engineer will be responsible for development of new automations, developing enhancements to existing automations and maintaining accurate automation documentation. On the software engineering front, the Engineer will be responsible for .Net, SQL development and PowerApps development on Power Platform.

Candidates will have the following responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to identify new automation opportunities across the enterprise and develop proof of concepts for review and approval.
• Develop new automation solutions and enhancement to existing automations following the Automation Life Cycle.
• Design UiPath process solutions in accordance with standard UiPath design principles and conventions.
• Problem solve issues that arise in day to day running of UiPath processes and provide timely responses and solutions.
• Develop fixes to incidents.
• Serve as primary support person for all RPA based automation efforts across the enterprise.
• Expert level knowledge in UiPath software including Orchestrator.
• Moderate level of expertise in .Net platforms, SQL Server and Azure Technologies preferred.
• Expertise in Power Platform and experience in developing PowerApps required

Requirements:

• S./M.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Systems, or equivalent formal training preferred.
• 3-5 years work experience in the IT environment, or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and /or training.
• 3-5 years of experience in an IT related role supporting development and implementation.
• 1-2 years of work experience with UiPath and at least 3-5 automation implementations using RPA tools.
• Understanding of workflow-based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution.
• UiPath Certified RPA Associate certification and legal industry knowledge preferred.
• 2-3 Experience in .Net/SQL development in on perm or azure environment, 1-2 years of experience in Power Platform desired.
• Experience with developing software requirements and managing projects through Agile Process.
• Experience with process improvement and optimization of IT projects.
• A demonstrated successful track record of delivering programs and projects is required.
• An aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error. A self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop internal and external relationships quickly.
