Mercedes-Benz of West Chester is in search of an Accounting Clerk to join our team!

CDK experience preferred!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable responsibilities
• Ability to take on additional duties such as office administration
• Posting receipts
• Follow-up on funding delays
• Payoff leases
• Product cancellations & refunds
• Post wholesales and dealer trades
• Prepare deposits and follow-up on returned items
• Extended warranty payables & reconciling
• Post & reconcile parts statements
• Stock in inventory
• Other duties when needed

Job Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable preferred

• Attention to detail and problem solving skills

• Well organized and solution oriented

• Efficient, productive and works well within a team environment

• Working knowledge of dealership accounting a plus
