As an Automotive Biller, you will be responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of all paperwork related to new and used vehicle deals, processing new and used vehicle registration in the appropriate state, and posting and maintaining new and used deals in the dealership's systems. You will also provide general accounting and clerical support as needed, handle customer inquiries and issues related to billing and registration, and maintain accurate and organized records of all deals and registration processes.

To be a successful candidate, you should have at least one year of experience in a similar position, such as an automotive billing clerk or dealer biller. You should also have strong administrative and organizational skills, good computer skills, proficiency in dealership software such as CDK, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Entry of new and used vehicle sales into the dealership's accounting system
• Issuance of checks for loan payoffs, customer refunds, etc.
• Ability to work with management to identify and communicate discrepancies
• Communication with sales teams via phone and email
• Review and verify the accuracy of all paperwork related to new and used vehicle deals
• Process new and used vehicle registration in the appropriate state
• Post and maintain new and used deals in the dealership's systems
• Provide general accounting and clerical support as needed
• Handle customer inquiries and issues related to billing and registration
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all deals and registration processes

Qualifications:

• Clear and friendly verbal and digital communication skills

• Willingness to learn new processes and make adjustments as needed
• Previous experience in an accounting office or automotive administrative environment required
