Sheehy Auto Stores is seeking Entry Level Deal Poster to join our Accounting Team Will Train the right person. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and comfortable performing tasks and duties that pertain to obtaining revenue and paying invoices by verifying and completing payable and receivable transactions.
Pay Range $15 - $18 Per HR Depending on Experience
Responsibilities
- Contracts in Transit and Vehicle Receivables Status Tracking
- Schedules Review and Correction
- Deal posting
- Deal Costing
- Daily Deal Issue Tracking
- Vehicle Lien Payoffs
- Customer Refunds and Referrals
- Month End Closing Activities
- Comfortable in a fast paced high volume environment
Requirements
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred
- Detail oriented skills with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Fast learner that is open to change and able to handle demanding environment
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Strong communication and people skills – both written and verbal
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Ability to pass pre-employment background screening, MVR, and drug test
- Must have a valid driver's license
