Walser Hyundai is set for an incredible year in 2023 and beyond! After earning the #1 Volume Hyundai Dealer in Minnesota spot in 2021, we can’t wait for what’s next. We started construction on our new dealership just a few months ago and it’s going to double the size of our team and business. Our Parts Department is expanding. We are looking for a Parts Counter Person with prior automotive dealership parts experience who is team-focused and wants to grow with us!

You’ll Make an Impact by:

• Overseeing the parts sales process from start to finish
• Reviewing body shop estimates to be sure the parts that are ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate
• Providing high level service to internal and external customers.
• Pulling and filling orders from stock
• Maintaining a weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock
• Notifying parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention
• Locating out-of-stock parts from outside source and submitting an emergency order, if necessary
• Making sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order
• Receiving payment from retail customers or obtaining credit authorization.
• Setting up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up

We’re Looking for:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Capability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and commissions
• Experience with auto parts sales (required)
