Automotive Service Advisorr: What You'll Do

· Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain information

· Prepare repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; entering RO into service database system.

· Provide the client with an accurate estimate of repair or maintenance cost, and/or a minimal diagnostic fee with explanation of associated cost, detailing problems and pertinent information, and secure client authorization of repair or service.

Automotive Service Advisor: Qualifications and Skills

· High School Diploma or Equivalent

· Minimum of 1 Year Experience as a Service Advisor

· General Motors Experience Preferred but not Required

· Fluent English--Bilingual a plus

· Quality Focus, Productivity, and Product Solving

· Strong Teamwork and Communication Skills

· Can work in a fast-pace environment, are organized, and can manage time efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $67,500.00 - $125,000.00 per year
