Join other highly skilled technicians in our state-of-the-art service shop, where your skills and vehicle knowledge is valued. No longer work long weekday hours, evenings, or weekends, service schedules are Mondays - Fridays with weekly hours of 7:30am to 4:30pm. We specialize in import vehicles, but also service domestic.

Job Responsibilities

• Primary responsibilities include inspections, diagnostics, perform standard factory maintenance, and recommendations for repairs
• Experience working on import vehicles such as Honda, Toyota, Hyundai is a plus
• ASE certification is preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude with at least two year experience in a service department is required
• Ability to collaborate and work well in a smaller team environment
• Must be detailed oriented with ability to complete jobs accurately with attention to high quality, meeting MCC’s procedures and policies
• High reliability - assuming personal responsibility for all aspects of work including quality, timeliness and results. Ability to complete tasks with little oversight is required.

Education/Skills

• High school diploma/GED required
• ASE certification preferred
• 2+ years’ of service technician experience
• Willingness to participate in training
• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of equipment selection
• Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making
• Knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment a must
