Job description

We are seeking a AWS Engineer for a long term contract in Alexandria, VA.

Description:

Assist the development team with migrating en-premise solutions into the AWS cloud environment

Qualifications

Bachelor's with 12+ years (or commensurate experience)

Software Development Life Cycle, Agile/DevSecOps

Cloud (Azure or AWS)

Maven, GitHub, Rally, Sonarqube, Jenkins, CI/CD

Experience with Containerization in AWS with both Linx and Windows OS

Setting up RDS and working with db teams to do migration with DMS

Experience setting up Terraform, VPC, setting up git pipeline for build and deployment

Cloudformation, S3, configuring route 53, configuring cloudwatch

Desired Qualifications

Experience with government/federal agencies

Angular (Typescript preferred)

MS Windows Servers, MS Internet Information Services (IIS) web server

C#, ASP.NET

SQL, MySQL, Oracle

Micro services

JavaScript, HTML5

Experience with automated testing using UFT/Selenium

Experience in Microsoft Azure/DevOps environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $89,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
