Responsibilities

  • AWS SysOps/DevOps Architect will help Pluto Health in incubating, designing and deploying AWS / Azure system services. The person will take part in the architecture-level designs and provide efficient solutions using AWS / Azure services for common Pluto Health infrastructure issues. The person will act as a DevOps and SecOps thought leader providing guidance and technical solutions to Pluto Health DevOps team.
  • The AWS SysOps/DevOps Architect will be accountable for virtualization, networking support, systems design, and compliance requirements.
  • They will be required to work with other teams and independently to accomplish Pluto Health's stated goals.
  • They will act as a lead DevOps & SecOps in managing Pluto Health security and deployment architecture in the cloud.


Job Requirements

  • 8+ years-experience in product development on AWS.
  • Extensive experience with AWS product suite and their usage in production environments.
  • Experience in using the following in Amazon Web Services (AWS): VPC, EC2, RDS, Step Function, SQS, SNS, S3, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, NAT Gateway, Routing Tables, Security Groups and Route53 in production environments.
  • Experience in using the following Azure Service: HealthCare API, Azure networking, routing environment, firewall, etc.
  • Prior experience in reducing the time required for production by using automation infrastructure which involves Cloud Formation techniques, Terraform, Git/GitLab, CI/CD and merge request approval processes.
  • Prior experience in maintaining Data Integrity and access control by making use of the AWS application platform; effectively monitoring charging and cost optimization strategies.
  • Knowledge of Network and Systems principles, techniques, and procedures; at a level normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or closely related field.


Location

Pluto Health Inc. is located in Knoxville, Tennessee. This position may work in-office or remote within the US.
