The Back End Developer IV is a technical position that requires strong data and API design and development skills. This position is responsible for API development tasks. This includes interpretation of requirements, technical coding, and debugging. This also includes communication of these tasks across technical peers.

What you’ll be doing:
- Design, execute, and update data models, data analysis, developing data objects (e.g. stored procedures) and data quality on the isolated databases for e-commerce
- Development of API services and endpoints that align with established architecture/standards/process withing each chosen toolset. This includes compliance and security measures.
- Participate in the continual improvement of technical solutions, standards and processes associated with data & API development
- Exposure and training in a variety of digital platforms, including e-commerce, loyalty, subscriptions, & video on demand
- Managing your own time and status using a Kanban board
- Collaborating with data analysts, developers, and architects to integrate data and business intelligence across our enterprise
- 7+ years of professional development
- Proficient in data modeling for both transactional and dimensional databases
- Experience in data analysis for public sites
- Experience in working with a team on the same application through collaboration tools such as LeanKit, Slack, MS Team, and BitBucket
- An ability to quickly learn our database(s), tools and practices and progress work independently
- A collaborative attitude and respect for others
- Continual growth/self-improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering
- Passion for technology, design and movies
