Work for a large family-owned commercial bakery located in Fridley, MN! Provide well known companies around the world with food products such as brownies, breads, pizza dough, donuts and cookies.

• Position – Production Associate
• Location – Fridley, MN
• Starting Date – Immediate
• Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
• Shift – First shift Monday through Friday 6am-2pm, Second shift Monday through Friday 2pm-10pm, Third shift Sunday through Thursday 10pm-6am
• Starting Pay – $16.44-17.44/hr (50 cent shift differential)

Job Description:

• To produce a wholesome product, that is free from any possible contamination, in compliance with quality standards and Specifications.
• Work on the production lines such as putting cookies on trays, putting the trays in appropriate place, working on the conveyer belt completing various tasks, and packaging.
• Palletizes finished cases per specifications and ensures that each case is properly labeled, packaged and sealed.
• Portions and scales ingredients and verifies process control point and product quality.
• Assists Quality Assurance in obtaining samples of products and ensures products meets specifications (i.e., weights, temperature, etc.) set by Quality Assurance.
• Ensures that all required documentation for production records is completed according to policies. Assures that all Good Manufacturing Practices take place, before, and during the process.
• Makes SAFETY a priority, while carrying out his /her daily activities. Reports any unsafe acts or conditions to immediate superior Inspects equipment prior to start mixing to ensure that is in working condition and free of any foreign material.
• Maintains a clean and organized work environment.
• Inform upper Management of any problems that cannot be solved in a timely manner.
