Job Requirements
- Must be able to read and communicate in English & Spanish clearly and effectively
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Must demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to guest satisfaction
- Must be efficient and accurate with money and figures
- Must possess manual ability to manipulate register system and handle/serve food
- Must be available to work 5 shifts per week including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to reconcile daily receipts and checklists
Responsibilities and Duties
Job Description -BAKERY CAFÉ SUPERVISOR
- Greet and take orders from customers in a courteous, helpful, and prompt manner.
- Responsible for coordinating counter station and communicating with the expo and back-of-the-house personnel to provide a quality product and quick service that exceeds our customers’ expectations.
- Cut & prep materials for sandwiches, make sandwiches, package and / or heat upon customer’s request, restock displays for Bakery, retrieve food from the Kitchen for Bakery, cut lettuce and tomatoes, make toast to order, replace butter, restock bakery products (breads, sweets, cakes, pies, croissants, etc.)
- Make coffee varieties as selected and ordered by customer, clean and maintain all working areas and tools clean.
- Clean and maintain tables and displays.
- Process customer orders to ensure that all items are prepared accurately and on a timely basis.
- This job includes order fulfillment and cash handling.
- Fill out daily paperwork and checklists
