Job description
Manasquan River Golf Club is recognized as a New Jersey Premier Golf Club and is seeking an experienced Banquet Sous Chef to continue its legacy as such. Annual food and beverage sales are $2.5 million. The club operates five days in the off season and six days a week in season. Multiple outlets consist of a Main Dining Room, Mixed Grill Room, Great Room, RiverView Grill Room and Patio, RiverView Terrace and Men's Grill patio area as well as a halfway house facility.
The Banquet Sous Chef is responsible for food preparation and execution of all banquets and special events at the club while working closely with service personnel and management to ensure quality and innovative services, products and offerings for the enjoyment of its members and their guests.
The Banquet Sous Chef is a working chef who leads, manages, motivates and directs the culinary team to achieve the established objectives of the club while maintaining the highest standards imaginable.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
